OUR STAFFS

The owner, Jane Bainbridge and the manager Stacey Wilburn welcome you to Sunny Bright Day Nursery.

Both Jane and Stacey have a wealth of experience and are committed to providing a high standard of care. They believe the key to achieving this is to employ staff who have a genuine love of children and their well-being, this is re-enforced by a commitment to staff training and professional development.

All nursery staff have undergone enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

Sunny Bright’s team is made up of 20 members of staff. This includes practitioners with level 3 and above qualifications, degree’s and teachers status within the Early Years sector. We also have apprentices currently in education, which we closely guide and support to ensure they adopt our quality teaching, learning and development practices.

Staff members take part in regular CPD through courses and in-house training and are able to aquire additional roles within the nursery. All members of staff are trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding children and food hygiene.

Our support team is made up of administrator, nursery cook and cleaner.
